Used to be, I flew. Went all over. Hop to Tegel, hop to Heathrow. Laguardia, LAX. Here’s Mobile, Alabama to Chicago. Atlanta (Oh, man, Atlanta: that airport is some kind of temple). Jackson, Mississippi. Monterey. Fresno. I went, buddy: Narita. And I’d still very love to go (and return!).
But I’m flying less often than I used to because I can’t give any more 4th Amendment turf to anybody. You can’t have my laptop or my notebook or my wallet unless you have a warrant. If you take it from me by force, you’re just a thug.
